All the structural elements of our rotary ovens have been selected to make them more robust, long-lasting and easier to maintain.
 
  • Suction turbine: The arrangement of the turbine, generates a floor effect on the product, achieving better cooking.
  • Steam: Producer of high quantity and quality steam, fast recovery and uniform distribution of steam throughout the cooking chamber.
  • Cooking chamber: The air speed and rotation of the platform is very low, achieving a smooth and adequate cooking to the product.
  • Electric batteries: Being an electric model, it consists of batteries that make the operation of the oven possible.
  • Baking quality: The octagonal design of the baking chamber provides regularity of temperature throughout the chamber, guaranteeing regularity of baking in the product.
  • Redesigned door: The increased thickness of the door insulates the heat inside. The reinforcement of the opening shaft and the incorporation of a robust handle mark the personality of our brand, providing reliability and long life to the product. Reduces the temperature drop in the cooking chamber by 25%.
  • İntegrated temperature probe: İntegrated in the air supply. Rapid temperature recovery is obtained and oven inertia is reduced.

Our Rotating rack ovens are manufactured according to the TS EN 1673 standard. The Rotary oven comes in 3 tray sizes; 50x70, 60x80 & 80x100 to satisfy the requirement of easy use, energy savings and reduced footprint. We have also double tray Rotary rack oven.
