Our wide range of our divider is designed to divide doughs, increasing production and streamlining work in all kinds of bakeries thanks to divider systems which are delicate with the dough while offering continued optimal weighing. The dividers are industrial equipment for baking and cake making, designed to divide and mould large volumes of any type of dough, thus replacing manual labour through an automated system.
The dough cutting range is 30 - 120 gr. / 50-250 gr. / 100-600 gr. / 250-1200 gr. Production capacity : 1500-2000 pcs / hour. Strong steel body. Closed circuit lubrication system. Newly developed cutting drum and suction piston technology. Dough cutting without damaging and compressing. Use of stainless steel on all surfaces that comes into contact with the dough. The ability to separately turn on and off flour sprinkling İt runs silently and without vibration. Easy and quick cleaning. Perfect accuracy of division and weighing.
